House of Boucheron
I'm not really big on jewelry like most women are. I am always the girl with no earrings in her ears, no necklace and no bracelets. One thing I can keep up with is rings..lol. Don't get me wrong, I love it but i hate to wear it. I have discovered "The House of Bucheron", Paris Jewelry design. (Sounds a lot like House Of Dereon, right?) The watch to the left is water resistant to 50 meters bearing a white mother-of-pearl dial with the movement of a manual-wind Tourbillon well defined by 17 jewels. Available in two editions, one with 282 rubies, sapphires and multicolored tsavorites (weighing 7.7 carats), and other with 195 rubies, sapphires and multicolored tsavorites (weighing 3.3 carats.), it is a complete form of luxury that you can ever flaunt via a timepiece.
Not only does Boucheron sell jewelry, they also sell sunglasses and you have to option to have something customized to your liking.

Moving Forward...
Over the weekend, I had a great time with the most perfect friends anyone could ever ask for. Chicago was great and every moment was a memorable one. I got a chance to hang out with my cousin and her children at the beach and did a little bit of shopping. Since they were filming Transformers 3 there I got to see the amazing set from a distance of course. I didn't get any good photos but there were so many destroyed cars and stuff all around it was great. Below are just a few photos, of me. lol. While at the beach my little cousin Micha was eating sand and then offered me some. After I told him i didn't want any like a bazillion times, he force fed it to me by throwing it in my face.lol.. Unfortunately there are no photos of that. hahaha.. P.S I dont wanna see another glass, bottle, cup of alcohol for a veeerrryyy long time.7.20.2010
You Think You Know...

Describe your most beautiful quality?
My most beautiful quality is my kind heart. Mostly everyone says that I have a bad attitude or I’m stuck up or something to that nature. It’s mostly guys who say it because I don’t give them the time or day. Mainly because I have been crossed sooo many times and I’m just not for the bull and I can see right through it. The truth is that I’m really not stuck up or mean. All you have to do is just get to know me. I don’t bite my tongue, whatever comes up comes out-but at the same time I am the nicest person you will ever meet.I find humor in the silliest things and yes I am THEE biggest goofball around. I think logical and if I can I try to help everyone in some kind of way but if you burn your bridge with me then I’m done. There’s no turning back. You’re clearly motivated. Describe the person that inspires you to be great.
The person that most inspires me is my 72 yr old Great Aunt Eunice Bonton. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I’d be. I’ve been with her since I was nine months old. She is like the grandmother I never had. She taught me everything I know. Things such as: never go anywhere with no money, always dress your best no matter where you go because you never know who you’ll run into, and the obvious don’t depend on no one for anything. She is so glamorous to me. The stories she tells me about her life need to be in a book and turned into a movie. She is the reason I have the mentality I do and only want the best of the best, because she exposed me to it. As I child she made sure I wanted for nothing, and that I had everything. She is where I get my old soul and wisdom from.I believe every young woman should have someone like that in their life, guidance if you will. My apologies if I offend anyone reading this but everything she taught me, NO mother can top- They just haven’t been around long enough to gain that kind of wisdom. She inspires me to shoot for the stars and not to even stop there. That lady is my best friend.
What would you rather have: Money, Power or Respect?
I would rather have the respect. That would make me happy and content knowing that I’m not being disrespected.Money gives you some sort of power or it makes you feel that way. Money and power make you happy only temporarily. Although, if I had all three I wouldn’t complain..(hahahaha)
As far as big news goes, our new president is definitely the biggest these days. What are your thoughts about our new president Barack Obama?
Barack Obama, wow! He is a phenomenal man. The first time he opened his mouth to speak, I had chills running up my arms and down my spine. Ever since that moment I had faith in him and I knew he was going to be our President. He is so articulate and intelligent and he sets a wonderful example for our African American culture. It’s amazing that now you can tell African American children and teenagers that they can be anything including the President. It is a very emotional subject and I cried when he won the election and through the whole ceremony when he got sworn in. I am so proud!
Being the incredible woman that you are many people want to know what you look for in a mate. Please describe your perfect companion for us.
My perfect companion would be phenomenal. He would be caring/loving, romantic, funny, sensitive, hard working, well polished, tall, and built.
I would never have to say anything he would just do it. Meaning if I’m sick he’ll take care of me, if he knows I’m down he’ll show support, if I’m happy then he’s happy and vice versa. My perfect companion doesn’t smoke and rarely drinks. He would be a REAL MAN. His eyes would never roam because I would be his perfect woman.

New Career?
Women are are supposed to be soft and dainty. I understand that and that's fine. As a child up to my high school years, I was never a skinny girl. Nothing dainty about me. I tried a few sports in high school. Softball and track. Nothing really caught my attention. I was too afraid to play volleyball because of the fear of the ball hitting me right in the face. Didn't want to play basketball because I didn't think I would be good enough and I would be ready to fight if someone stole the ball while I dribbled it down the court. My girly side didn't want to sweat and my tomboy side really wanted to try some type of sport.
Over the years, I have gained a strong love for the game of football. I never quite understood the game until I actually paid attention. I would start an argument if I said Football requires way more skill than basketball. It's true though. hahaha... After watching the game and attending them, I realized that it wouldn't hurt for a woman to play. I never knew that Women's Professional Football existed until I watched: I want to Work for Diddy. I always thought women played "flag football" or something. During the winter season I wrecked my brain on if I would really play and where these women's teams existed. I didn't research it but while I didn't research, my cousin Daneice surprised the family with some interesting news. SHE GOT DRAFTED for the women's pro football team Cleveland Fusion. So now that I know it really does exist, and tryouts are soon-- I will be conditioning and training to play football. Why not? It won't hurt to try if I don't make it. I'll just know what mistakes I made so that I can work on them for next year. Im not saying that I'll stop modeling but my career is at a standstill because of conflict of interest with a lot of things. I can't control everything and I'm just TIRED. I've been exposed and beautifully destroyed. I love art and everything about it, but I just feel like I need the right people behind me-- and I don't have that right now. So I am going to try something new for a bit and see where it takes me.

Art History

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love art. I'm also a major history nerd and I love movies. Together this combo makes the movie: Frida. I believe the movie was tremendously under rated but Salma Hayek had her character "Frida Kahlo" down to a science. Many of you who are reading this probably do not know what I am talking about. Here is a breif history on whom Frida Kahlo is.
Frida Kahlo born in 1907 was a Mexican Painter. She did not originally plan to become an artist. She was polio survivor, at 15 Kahlo entered the premedical program at the National Preparatory School in Mexico City. However, this training ended three years later when Kahlo was gravely hurt in a bus accident. She spent over a year in bed, recovering from fractures of her back, collarbone, and ribs, as well as a shattered pelvis and shoulder and foot injuries. Despite more than 30 subsequent operations, Kahlo spent the rest of her life in constant pain, finally succumbing to related complications at age 47. She fell in love and married Mexican muralist Diego Rivera at 21,whose approach to art and politics suited her own. Although he was 20 years her senior, they were married in 1929; this stormy, passionate relationship survived infidelities, the pressures of Rivera's career, a divorce and remarriage, and Kahlo's poor health.
